Our pieces are designed to be worn, loved and kept. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

 

Refunds

Refunds are available only for items that arrive faulty or damaged. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed once the item is received and approved. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

 

Exchanges (Australia only)

Exchanges are available for size or change of mind on domestic orders. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached and original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

Store Credit

Store credit is available for change of mind returns. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached and original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item, excluding original shipping costs. Store credit is issued once the return is received and approved. Store credit does not expire.

 

International Orders

Due to shipping timelines and customs, exchanges are not available for international orders. Store credit is offered for change of mind. Refunds are available only for faulty or damaged items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

How It Works

1. CONTACT US - via email at contact@mabelette.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning and whether you’re requesting an exchange, store credit or (if applicable) a refund. For faulty/damaged items, please include clear photos.

2. RETURN YOUR ITEM - Once approved, send the item back: Unworn and unwashed, tags attached and original packaging included. Return shipping is to be covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

3. ONCE RECEIVED AND APPROVED - Refunds (faulty/damaged items only) are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges (Australia only) are shipped, subject to availability. Store credit is emailed and never expires.

 

Please note

Items returned worn, altered or without tags cannot be accepted, sale items are final unless faulty and if you’re unsure about sizing or fit, reach out before ordering - we’re always happy to help!
